Tristan Davies has been appointed the new editor of the Independent on Sunday. He will take over from Janet Street-Porter, who quit the position a fortnight ago (see Janet Street Porter Quits Independent On Sunday Editorship), on June 11.
Editor-in-chief Simon Kelner, was said to be delighted by the appointment of Davies, who has worked on the Independent on Sunday since its launch.
