New NRS Managing Director Appointed

The NRS has announced that Roger Pratt is to become the new managing director of the NRS when Roger Beeson moves to Scotland in March next year.

Roger Pratt has worked at Benton & Bowles, Kirkwoods, Newlands Knight & Round, and Alliance Advertising. He is a fellow of the IPA and a past chairman of the ABC Council; he gave up his post as Media Director in 1992 to take part in the British Steel Challenge – the round the world yacht race.

Roger Beeson commented, ‘having worked within Lopex with Roger, I feel confident that he will do an excellent job for NRS, drawing on his understanding of press media research, planning and negotiations and his industry experience with the ABC.”
