Future Publishing, which is part of the international Pearson Plc media group, has appointed James Pembroke as publisher in the Entertainment division. He will be responsible for SFX, the science fiction magazine and the recently launched cult tv title.
Pembroke joins Future from The Oldie where he was business manager for the last five years. He was also largely responsible for The Oldie‘s successful relaunch in 1994 which doubled its circulation in a year.
