New Publishing Director For Natmags Luxury Group
![]()
Tess Macleod-Smith is to take on the role of publishing director for Natmag’s Luxury Publishing Group. She will replace president Terry Mansfield, who has been covering maternity leave for Liz Kershaw. Kershaw has since returned to a newly created role of executive group publisher of Good Housekeeping and Country Living.
MacLeod-Smith formerly commercial director for the Affluent Group, now renamed the Luxury Group, will have responsibility for Harpers & Queen and Esquire. She said that this was an “exciting and pivotal time” for both magazines, adding: “Harpers is fast becoming the intelligent, fashionable read for women and I want to capitalise on the work we’ve done on Esquire and distance it even further from the ‘laddish’ men’s market, therefore developing and strengthening the business over the next 12 months.”
