New Title Aimed At Business Women

Sale World, a small independent publisher is launching a new title on 1 December. Executive Woman is a glossy bi-monthly, pitched between a business and a consumer title. It has a perfect bound cover with lots of glossy photos, with the appearance of a mainstream consumer magazine, but is aimed at business women and contains business editorial.

Launching with an initial print run of 75,000, Sale World are aiming for a circulation of around 45,000. Executive Woman has actually been going as a subscription title for seven years, but ad manager Paul McCarthy said that the look and the editorial are so changed it is being treated as a different product. However the subscription base will remain. Executive Woman will be available at main newsstands such as W H Smiths, Sainsburys and Menzies. Editorially the title is a “Handbook for executive women”. It will cover all areas of business ranging from business clothes to IT, Human Resources, Motoring and the latest regulations to affect women from Brussels. All articles are written by women.

The bi-monthly will have a cover price of £2.25 and 132 pages. Mono page is £1995 Colour is £2850
