Bauer Publishing have confirmed details of their new launch, Enjoy!, which goes on sale Monday. It will be a weekly title aimed at women aged 18-34 and aims to bridge the gap between teen titles and the traditional women’s weeklies.
The first two issues will have a cover-price of 20p and the regular price will be 55p. The initial print-run will be 1.5 million copies, supported by a £2m ad campaign. Enjoy!‘s editor has been named as Margaret Nicholls, previously deputy editor of Take A Break.
Commenting on the new launch, Alan Urry, managing director of Bauer, commented: “The launch is necessary in order to compete with recent activity in the women’s weeklies market.”
