Feature Story, the customised broadcast news service, has opened a London production centre. The centre will be used to improve its current service and will attempt to attract new clients.
The London bureau became operational on 1 December and is situated on Newman Street. The centre will be equipped with Beta SP camera and editing equipment, plus feed capability through the BT Tower and will serve as Feature Story’s British headquarters into the next century.
The company already supplies news packages for such companies as: SABC TV and Radio News in South Africa, Fox News Channel in USA and Global Television in Canada.
