Newspaper Society Announces Weeklies Award Winners
The Newspaper Society held its annual Weekly Newspaper Awards on Monday night at which the Essex Chronicle won weekly paid-for newspaper of the year and the Hunts Post won weekly free newspaper of the year for the second year running.
The Newspaper Society represents 1,400 daily and weekly newspaper titles in the UK.
