Nielsen Merges Research Brands

Media measurement group ACNielsen MMS has announced that its name is to change to Nielsen Media Research with immediate effect. The move follows the consolidation of the ACNielsen Media International and Nielsen Media Research brands.

The reunification of the two Nielsen companies is being done with the aim of creating a single worldwide media measurement brand, but will not result in any management or client service changes.
