Nokia Replaces Prudential As C4 Sponsor

Nokia has replaced the Prudential as sponsor of Channel 4’s Film on Four season. The deal, worth £300,000, was put together by Mediastar and runs for ten weeks from February 25.

Nokia gets a total of 55 seconds of credits for each film under the agreement. Films sponsored include Peter’s Friends and The Crying Game. Nokia already sponsors Channel 4’s Movie Watch.

The Prudential had sponsored the series for two years but dropped out last autumn.
