The NRS Board has asked Ray Morgan to extend his Chairmanship of the NRS from the current three year period ending 1996 for a further three years, 1997-1999. Nick Phillips, Director General of the IPA and Vice Chairman of the NRS said, “All the parties around the table, NPA, PPA, ISBA and IPA – feel that Ray is doing a terrific job in bringing the parties together to develop the survey and to maintain its reputation as the gold standard in readership research.”
