The latest ABCe results – to be released next week – are set to reveal that Nuts.co.uk has more than doubled its online audience during the past year, making it the fastest growing men’s lifestyle website in the UK.
The ABCe Group Product Report is expected to unveil a figure of 1,398,243 unique users for Nuts.co.uk in June, up by 766,776 since June 2007, which sees Nuts delivering a 121% year on year increase.
IPC says the growth has been driven by an expanded video section, with exclusive Nuts TV content, as well as the launch of its own social networking platform – MyNuts.
Jo Smalley, Nuts and Loaded publishing director, said: “Nuts.co.uk delivered over 50 million page impressions in June alone, revealing the true power of the Nuts brand online.”
IPC’s NME and Loaded are also expected to see major online growth, with NME results due to reveal a 107% year-on-year increase to 3,501,326 unique users for nme.com, up by 1,808,130 to 1,693,196 in June 2007.
Meanwhile, Loaded is set to reveal a 51% year on year increase, with 311,610 unique users for loaded.co.uk – up from 206,952 users in June last year.
Eric Fuller, managing director at IPC Ignite, said: “The numbers speak for themselves. Nuts, NME and Loaded continue to thrive on online, delivering truly unique branded experiences to highly sophisticated users of different media channels.”
He added: “Our strategy to enrich each of the sites with bespoke multi-media content is reaping tremedous results.”
The Group Product Reports, which incorporates print and online circulation, will be published on August 14.
