The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) has requested an extra 15 days to consider its examination of the proposed £475 million takeover of More Group by French outdoor company, Decaux (subscribers see OFT To Give Recommendations On Decaux/More Merger).
The OFT says that too much should not be read into this delay, and that it is primarily a case of obtaining all the necessary paperwork.
