Omnicom is expected to takeover the agency Griffin Bacal. Omnicom subsidiary DDB Needham Worldwide is expected to complete the takeover within a fortnight. Griffin Bacal will operate as an independent, wholly owned subsidiary of DDB. The two agencies are said to have been in talks since the beginning of the year but the deal has now been given the go-ahead by the Omnicom board.
WMGO GROUP CONSIDERING FLOTATION
WMGO Group is considering a stock market flotation through the reverse takeover of an existing listed company. The details are not confirmed, but the group is likely to make the move in conjunction with a marketing services company.
