ONdigital Directors Quit

ONdigital faces a further shake-up after the news today that two of its directors have quit. Ashley Faull, the digital broadcaster’s programming head, and Jim Radcliffe, commercial director, have left the company just six weeks after the resignation of the group’s chief executive Stephen Grabiner (see ONdigital Hit By Loss Of Chief Executive).

Graeme Stanley, director of consumer media at Cable and Wireless Communications, will replace Faull who is leaving to set up his own broadcasting venture. Radcliffe, who has a new job as chief executive officer of a division of Aerospace, will be temporarily replaced by Peter Howard.

No details about the circumstances of the resignations were released ONdigital today. Stuart Prebble, the company’s chief executive said: “Jim Ratcliffe has … done a marvellous job for us and I wish him well … Ashley Faull has made a tremendous contribution to making ONdigital the brilliant success it is.”

Rival BSkyB has also been experiencing staff departures and recently revamped its management line-up (see St Luke’s Handed £50m Creative Account Following Sky Restructure).
