Outdoor Contractors Enjoying Good First Quarter

According to Concord’s Outdoor Rates Monitor for Quarter 1 1995, contractors are enjoying a good first quarter, with panel prices up an average 16.8% year on year in January to March. Concord predicts an annual rates increase of 13%; attributable to high advertiser confidence in the medium, new packages and Oscar II.
