Former Y&R Worldwide Media Director Chris Dickens has been appointed independent non-executive Chairman of POSTAR – the research body which replaces OSCAR I on April 30 (Newsline 21/03).
Under the control of its independent chairman POSTAR represents the joint interests of the Outdoor Advertising Association and the Council of Outdoor Specialists. Nick Phillips from the IPA and John Hooper from ISBA have also joined the POSTAR committee.
Dickens currently runs international communications consultancy Chris Dickens Communications Ltd.
