The sale of Leeds agency Poulter to its management has finally been completed this week after months of negotiations. In December last year Graham Poulter said the management buyout was being ‘actively discussed’ and that he expected completion in February this year.
Graham Poulter has now relinquished control over the agency he founded 29 years ago, and sold it to eight directors who will trade under the name of Poulter Partners.
