Primesight plc, the outdoor advertising company, has announced details of its flotation on the London Stock Exchange. 2,820,750 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company are being placed, primarily with institutional investors at 135p. At the Placing Price, the Company will have a market capitalisation of £13.55 million. Dealing is expected to commence on July 1st.
Primesight intend to use the proceeds of the float to:
Redeem the £1.2 million of Loan Stock currently in issue.
Finance increased investment in the Company’s business in the outdoor 6 sheet advertising market.
Develop its international airport advertising business
Improve the Group’s working capital position.
