Quartly Joins JCDecaux As Head Of Sales

JCDecaux Logo Phil Quartly, who left UTV Radio as commercial director after just six months in the role, has joined JCDecaux as head of sales.

Quartly left UTV last week after joining the radio broadcaster from Emap (see Former SIRS Boss Joins UTV Radio As Commercial Head), and taking on a range of repsonsibilities across the flagship station TalkSPORT as well as 17 local stations.

Quartly is a former managing director of radio sales house SIRS, and began working for Emap when the company took over SIRS’ parent company, Scottish Radio Holdings in August 2005.

Following Quartly’s departure from UTV, TalkSPORT’s sponsorship and promotion director Adam Bullock was promoted to sales director and sponsoship director Mathew Wilson was promoted to take over from Bullock.
