QVC The Shopping Channel has announced net sales of £13.3m for the second quarter of 1996, an 80% increase from 1995. During the second quarter over 1.5 million telephone calls were answered and 780,000 items were shipped.
QVC are also investing heavily in new equipment and a new customer operations centre in Knowsley.
