Youth cable channel Rapture appears to be set for a November launch date. The channel, which has put its launch back several times, will probably start as a weekend service in the Bristol, Birmingham and Liverpool areas. Production company Kudos, which is setting the channel up, told Newsline that final details were still being negotiated but an announcement is expected within the next two weeks.
