Online advertising group Real Media is to launch an email marketing service. Real Media Mail will deliver targeted ads within the group’s publisher email network using bespoke ad management technology, Open AdStream.
The service will be rolled out across Europe next year and will be managed by Jason Keane, european media manager. “Real Media Mail will position Real Media as the forefront of the thriving online direct marketing industry,” he said. “The product will provide our publishers with a robust email marketing solution that will naturally integrate with Open AdStream to deliver targeted ads on behalf of permission marketer.”
The system will allow publishers and marketers to create, execute and track the effectiveness of targeted emails campaigns. An exclusive deal with Frontwire will provide the group with the technical infrastructure for the service.
