Redundant Magazine

Redundant Magazine

The UK’s first ever magazine targeted at people who have been made redundant is about to take-off. Bounceback aims to target the 250,000 people in Britain who have recently been made redundant. Produced by a team of people who have all experienced the harsh realities of the job market, the title hopes to be used as a human resources tool by job centres and companies who have made people redundant.

The A3 magazine will cover a variety of issues including financial planning, setting up a business, CV writing and employment news. The first issue of the quarterly publication goes on sale in mid July with an initial print run of 30,000. In the short-term, it will only be available on subscription direct from the publishers. The title will cost £12 per year or £3.50 for individual copies. At a later date, the publication plans to go bi-monthly and to go on sale at newsagents.
