Revamp For Independent

The Independent will reveal a revamp tomorrow which, according to editor Andrew Marr, will “shock” many people. As well as “looking different” by being “fresher and sharper looking”, the broadsheet will also be edited and written in a “different” way. According to Marr the move is the result of ‘soul-searching’ by the paper’s team who believe it is “time to break the mould of custom and habit” which has crept into newspaper production.
