In what is traditionally the best month for TV revenue all channels have shown year on year increases. The best performances come from Channel 4 and GMTV – up 18.1% and 10.2% respectively.

In terms of percentage of the combined ITV/C4 pot of advertising revenue C4 has again improved its position taking 22.6% in 95, compared to 20.4 in 94.

Carlton performs best amongst contractors, with a 16.31% share of revenue – up 0.99 % points on the previous year; although its weekend partner, LWT, brought the overall London figure down with a 1.57% decrease.
