The broadcaster, Richard Baker is to present the Saturday morning programme, “Classic Countdown” and other programmes and projects on Classic FM. Mr Baker will take over the Saturday morning show in October from Paul Gambaccini.
Mr Baker commenting on his new position said “I have been at the BBC for 45 years – I now look forward to the new opportunities which will arise from my association with Classic FM.”
