RockFM/Magic 999 Announces New Programme Director

Emap has announced that Brian Page will be the new programme director at RockFM/Magic 999.
Prior to joining Emap, Page worked as programme controller at Wave 102 which is part of the Wireless Group. He has also worked within Scottish Radio Holdings, where he began his career as a presenter, before climbing the ladder to become head of music and presentation.

Paul Jordan, managing director of Rock FM/Magic 999, commented: “He brings more than 12 years experience within the radio industry, with excellent programming and people skills and I am very pleased he is bringing these assets to Rock FM/Magic 999. I’m sure he will be a great success in Emap.”
Recent RAJAR figures for the third quarter ending September 2002 revealed Rock FM/Magic 999’s weekly reach had declined by 7.3% to 421,000 from 454,000 in the same period last year.
