The Royal Shakespeare Company has announced a new sponsorship deal with the international food and drink group, Allied Lyons.
Allied Lyons will sponsor the RSC for the next three years in a deal worth £3.3m. It is the biggest arts sponsorship deal in Britain, and has saved the RSC from having to pull out from its London base.
