Yesterday’s Rugby World Cup Semi-Final between England and New Zealand, which was shown live at 13:30 attracted an audience of 9.0 million viewers, according to unofficial overnights. This is almost 3 million more viewers than watched last week’s England v Australia match.

Of these 9 million individuals, 5.1 million were men. This is a TVR of 25 for men, and 17 for individuals.

The England v Western Samoa match, which was broadcast on 4th June at 18:45 attracted an audience of 8.371 million.
