The Lawyers for Cordiant, the renamed Saatchi and Saatchi, and legal representatives of Maurice Saatchi’s new advertising agency are to meet again this week in an attempt to reach an out of court settlement in the dispute between Maurice Saatchi and his former company.
The two sides are due to be in court next month to settle charges of breach of contract against three former Saatchi and Saatchi executives, David Kershaw, Jeremy Sinclair and Bill Muirhead. Maurice Saatchi and his brother Charles are also being sued.
