Sally O’Sullivan To Remain On BSC Board

Cabal Communications chief, Sally O’Sullivan, has had her appointment as a member of the Broadcasting Standards Commission (BSC) extended to December 2001, Secretary of State for Culture, Media & Sport, Chris Smith, has announced.

“Broadcasting is facing a great deal of change over the coming years and I want to ensure the board has the expertise and continuity to meet those challenges. Sally O’Sullivan’s experience as a presenter and understanding of the parental viewpoint will prove particularly valuable,” Smith said.

Cabal Communications recently announced the launch of a new women’s weekly title based around real and fictional crime stories (see Cabal Targets Women With Crime Weekly). Crime Weekly launches on the 29 January.
