The Saturday edition of the Daily Mail has increased its cover-price by 5p to 45p. A source in the circulations department at Associated Newspapers said that if there were plans for a Monday-Friday price rise he “had not been told about them.”
…The Evening Standard, also owned by Associated, is running a 12-week subscription offer which will allow readers to obtain copies of the paper for £9, essentially half of the normal cost. Readers are sent vouchers which are then redeemable against copies of the London title.
