Scottish Media Group (SMG) is to merge its electronic publishing business Voice with multimedia developer Delphic Media & Communications.
SMG, whose main interests are the ITV companies Scottish and Grampian plus the Scottish broadsheet The Herald, said the re-named Delphic Interactive would be a leading independent electronic publishing and service provider.
