September Estimates Show Times And Guardian On The Up
Early estimates of September ABCs, due to be released tomorrow (see Newsline late tomorrow) show The Times’ sales breaking 600,000 for the first time, and The Guardian adding over 30,000 copies to its August figure of 379,000.
The Independent is expected to show a small increase, and The Telegraph a drop of about 8,000 copies. Sales of the Daily Mail are thought to be holding up,but the Daily Express is believed to have suffered losses.
The predictions are made in today’s issue of Campaign.
