East Anglia is to have a new AM radio station from the end of September offering ‘great hits and golden memories’. Amber launches on September 24 as part of the SGR group and will match the transmission areas of FM stations SGR Ipswich, SGR Bury and Broadland.
It will play the same service across the 3 transmission areas except during the breakfast and drive time slots. Advertising will be sold separately for the 3 transmission areas.
