Time Warner and Telecommunications, the two main shareholders in Turner Broadcasting System, are considering dividing the assets of the company, which includes Cable News Network.
Meanwhile, Turner Entertainment International has appointed Susan Kroll as senior vice-president of the Cartoon Network and TNT in Europe. The channel, due to launch in September 1993, will be funded by subscription and advertising and is available on Astra 1C.
