Dundee-based publisher, DC Thomson is launching a new teenage girls magazine called Shout! on March 6, aimed at the 13-15 age bracket. The 56 page colour title will be published fortnightly and has planned an initial print run of 250,000. London advertising for the magazine is being handled by A Plus Media.
