Sky has launched a World Cup 98 Website in association with Budweiser. The site can be found at http://www.sky.co.uk/worldcup and features news, fixtures and TV coverage information.
The sponsorship is part of Budweiser’s wide-ranging association with the event and represents an increasing willingness for high-profile brands to become sponsors for sporting Websites. In the summer Land Rover launched a British Lions Website with Sky and Allied Dunbar has increased its Rugby Union sponsorship commitment by launching the Rugby Club Website at http://www.rugbyclub.co.uk/ .
