Southern Newspapers has signed a deal with Teletext which will allow its customers to advertise both in print and on the television information service.
The combined advertising package, launched at the beginning of October, allows advertisers with Southern’s 91 titles across southern England and much of Wales to advertise on Channel 4 Teletext for an extra fee. Ads will be shown in four of Teletext’s broadcast regions – Meridian West, Westcountry TV, HTV West and HTV Wales areas.
Motoring, jobs, recruitment and retail offers are amongst the sectors advertised on the new service.
