Regional publishers, Southnews, saw end of year profits to April 1993 rise from £0.9m to £1.2m, a leap of 35%, with revenues increasing from £12.4m to £13.1m. The group publishes paid-for titles including the Harrow Observer and the Uxbridge Gazette.
