Stagwell launches agentic platform for AI search experiences

Stagwell has launched Stagwell Search+, an agentic platform for AI search experiences, aiming to be a solution for brands transitioning from traditional search engines to AI search.

Large language models (LLMs) are changing how people interact, discover and compare brands and products.

Stagwell’s solution, built by Assembly, a global omnichannel agency, and in partnership with Emberos, aims to help brands optimise so they are chosen in AI suggestions.

It combines an agentic platform with a framework which improves a brand’s discoverability, visibility, sentiment and outcomes in AI search.

Stagwell is defining its platform as built on the understanding that this is a paid, owned, earned, and shared media challenge that demands a system, going beyond SEO adjustments or stacked, isolated channel tactics.

The search product audits and assesses a brand’s activation maturity across media channels.

Through its intelligence layer, it utilises Emberos’ AI agents to measure discoverability, visibility and sentiment across generative surfaces.

Brand teams are then given the particular strategies required to implement a unified, cross-channel system, which influences how AI models understand and recommend brands.

Search+ will then continue to measure and experiment, compounding learning and strengthening the brand over time.

Some Assembly clients are already adopting Stagwell Search+’s early model and have seen positive results.

One software client saw a 57% increase in visibility in AI overviews, while a global technology client saw a 34% increase in revenue from an AI-powered search transformation using AI Max.

Early results also showed a 27% average increase in incremental lift from Search+ system-based activation.

Mark Penn, chairman and CEO, Stagwell said: “Stagwell Search+ solves the ‘data-to-execution’ gap that plagues existing tools and delivers best-in-class solutions for clients by enabling them to act on AI search insights in real time with clear results.

“Building on the launch of The Machine, marketing’s first agentic operating system, this latest development for the media sector continues Stagwell’s momentum as an AI winner.”
