STANDARD TO DROP ES MAGAZINE

The Evening Standard is likely to drop its ES magazine when its weekly tabloid supplement launches in October.

The last issue of the magazine is expected to be September, although it is possible it will be continued until Christmas. It is expected that the ES magazine will merge with the new supplement.

The owner of the Evening Standard, Associated Newspapers is also launching tabloid supplements this autumn for the Daily Mail and The Mail on Sunday.
