Steve Wright Quits Radio 1

Steve Wright, presenter of BBC Radio 1’s breakfast show, is quitting the station he has been with for 14 years. He is leaving Radio 1 in order to ‘pursue his television interests’ with the BBC, however there are rumours that he is set to join Talk Radio UK, the third national commercial station which launches next month, in a reported £600,000 two year deal.
