Wilmington Group, the publisher of Adline and other specialist titles, increased pre-tax profits by 32% to £2.72 million in the six months to August 31. Turnover grew 15% to £17.9m.
Dennis Rook, chairman of Wilmington, said that the company’s strong balance sheet would allow it to “confidently and patiently seek out new acquisition opportunities.”
