Scottish Television today confirmed that it will be buying Caledonian Publishing in a deal worth around £120m.
Confirmation of the takeover, which was first discussed at the beginning of the month *(Newsline 11/07), means that Caledonian has now abandoned plans to get a listing on the AIM.
