Talk Radio has signed a six figure sponsorship deal with One 2 One, Mercury’s mobile phone division. The deal will feature in the football slot Mobile Phone Fans, part of There’s Only One Gary Newbon, which starts at the beginning of the football season (August 17).
Talk Radio are looking to build on the success of Mobile Phone Fans which proved to be very popular last season. Stan Park, commercial director of CLT UK Radio sales, said: “Talk Radio has a number of unique features which are very appealing to sponsors and advertisers. Nowhere else on UK radio can real sports fans debate the issues that matter on the terraces.”
