The TBWA/Simons Palmer Clemmow Johnson merger will be finalised this week, despite rumours last week that the deal was faltering.
The boardroom difficulties now appear to have been settled, and Andrew Ward and Simon Hunter remain part of the new company.
The company will be headed by Simon Clemmow, with Robert Senior from Simons Palmer and Neil Christie from TBWA becoming joint client services directors.
