TDI Gains Access To 34% Of Irish Outdoor Market

TDI has been awarded the 5 year licence for all transport advertising in the Republic of Ireland plus one third of the Outdoor market. The win follows a pitch to Coras Iompair Eireann (CIE), the sole operator of public transport in the Republic of Ireland.

The contract includes the Irish bus market, plus the exclusive advertising rights to 1,000 roadside poster sites and mainline rail advertising. TDI’s managing director Jeremy Male said that the win represents TDI’s “first move into roadside advertising outside of the US.”

The contract will be managed by TDI in conjunction with Ireland’s Metro Advertising Group. TDI will also add Ireland to its “One-Stop-Shop” facility which enables international advertisers to access audiences throughout the UK and the US through one call to TDI’s sales teams.
