TDI has confirmed it is buying BTA’s bus interests from Maiden Outdoor. The acquisition will give TDI a 61% share of the sector, covering 22,500 UK buses and 75% of the UK adult audience.
This acquisition takes TDI closer to its goal of offering clients national penetration. New areas that will be covered following the deal are Scotland, Central and Granada.
Maiden, which bought BTA in July, has decided to concentrate on its Adrail franchise and roadside business.
